Wow this post is advanced stupid... Section 213 (a) (1) (A) is from the California Code - Penal Code - PEN § 213, there's no U.S. Penal Code, the division is made between State and Federal Government. That section doesn't say any of that, it describes what'll happen (punishment) there's a robbery. In other words, he can take something from you, but there's consequences since it's an illegal act.
