Món khoai tây bỏ lò nghe có vẻ khó hiểu đúng không? Thực ra là cách chế biến của món khoai nướng đấy! Món khoai tây hấp dẫn rất phù hợp cho gia đình bạn vào những ngày mát trời.
Làm nóng lò nướng ở nhiệt độ 400 độ F (200oC). Khoai tây gọt vỏ, cắt đôi hoặc cắt 3 củ khoai tây, rửa sạch.
Chanh rửa sạch, mài vỏ, sau đó vắt lấy nước. Cho 4 muỗng canh dầu ôliu, 1 muỗng cà phê đen, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng cà phê lá oregano xay, 3 tép tỏi mài nhỏ và chén vỏ chanh mài (đã vắt nước chanh). Tiếp tục rưới thêm 1/3 chén nước dùng gà, khuấy đều.
Cho khoai tây vào khay nướng. Đổ hỗn hợp gia vị lên trên khay khoai, dùng tay trà xát để khoai tây ngấm đều gia vị. Rắc ngò tây lên trên. Sử dụng một rây lưới nhỏ để rây ớt bột vào khay khoai tây nướng.
Cho khay và lò nướng đã bật trước, nướng trong 30 phút, lật các miếng khoai, rồi nướng thêm 25 phút nữa là khoai chín.
Khi thưởng thức khoai tây bỏ lò, rắc thêm lá ngò tây lên trên nhé.
